FLOW Grappling Club Membership Terms
1. Agreement
- When you start your free trial, you agree to these terms by checking the "I agree to the Terms of Service" box on the Stripe checkout page.
- For members under 18, a parent or guardian checks the box, agrees for the minor, and is responsible for payment.
- This agreement continues into your paid membership when your trial ends and your membership starts.
2. Your Package and Price
- Your package, monthly price, and billing date are what's shown on your most current invoice or receipt from us (sent by Stripe). That invoice controls over any other listing.
- We'll give you 30 days' notice by email before a price change.
3. Billing
- Your membership renews and charges your card automatically every month until you cancel.
- Charges show on your statement as FLOW GRAPPLING CLUB.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and pause your access until it's paid.
- Free trials: A card is required. When the trial ends, your paid membership starts and your card is charged unless you cancel first.
4. Reminder Emails
- Before each payment, we'll email you a reminder with a link to manage or cancel your membership.
- These reminders are part of this agreement. It's your job to read them and act on them before you're charged.
5. How to Cancel
Cancel before your charge is processed in one of two ways:
- Use the manage/cancel link in your reminder email or in our member portal, or
- Call us at (817) 253-2375.
These do not cancel your membership: telling a coach, texting, emailing, not showing up, or disputing a charge with your bank.
We confirm every cancellation by email. No confirmation means it wasn't processed, so please contact us again.
6. Pauses
- To pause, call us at (817) 253-2375 before your next charge. Pauses can last up to 3 months per year. Billing restarts automatically on the resume date.
7. Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel yourself or call us before the charge is processed.
- Charges processed before that are non-refundable. This includes partial months and unused classes.
- We'll always refund billing errors, like duplicate charges, plus anything the law requires.
- Approved refunds go back to your card in about 5 to 10 business days.
8. Disputes
- Please call or email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'll work it out.
- If you file a dispute, we may share your terms acceptance record, invoices, reminder emails, attendance records, and messages with your bank.
- If a dispute is filed for a valid charge, we may suspend your membership and charge a $15 dispute fee.
9. Safety, Conduct, and Other
- Martial arts carry a risk of injury. All members (and parents of minors) must also accept our separate liability waiver (flowgrapplingclub.com/waiver) before training.
- Train safely, respect others, and keep good hygiene. We may end the membership of anyone who doesn't.
